We deliver nationwide within South Africa. For international orders, please contact us for a customised shipping quote.
- Courier anywhere in South Africa, starting from R120
- Shipping price is based on product weight
Note: We reserve the right to add a delivery surcharge for deliveries to remote farms and outlying areas.
Collections:
Currently, we do not offer a Click and Collect service.
Delivery Lead Times:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. If the item is in stock at our headquarters:
- Durban area: 2-4 working days
- Other main centres: 3-6 working days
- Outlying areas: 4-7 working days
If the item needs to be ordered from the supplier ('Pre-Order' timelines are indicated on the product page):
- Durban area: 3-6 working days
- Other main centres: 5-7 working days
- Outlying areas: 6-8 working days
Urgent Deliveries:
For urgent orders, please email us to inquire about an overnight courier service (charges will apply). If stock is available, we will accommodate your request.
Important Notes:
We source products directly from our suppliers to offer the best pricing, which may sometimes result in longer delivery times. We will keep you updated if delays occur.
While we aim to deliver promptly, we cannot accept liability for delays. Customers must report any goods damaged in transit immediately upon receipt. Refunds will not be issued if orders are placed outside the delivery parameters stated on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for the safe storage and use of products upon receipt. Lemon & Lemon is not liable for damage caused by customer mishandling.
